Blog Entry #4.5-Design Brief (A)

1. I am going to design and create a cereal box that's targeted to children.I first have to choose a person that its reflected upon. The person i got was William the Conqueror. The first step that has to be done is the research. I have to find information on this persons
childhood, education, birthplace and date, occupation, quotes about the person or from the person, and terms and time lines related to this person. After that, i have to find images that can be placed on my cereal box. These pictures can be cartoon images or realistic images. Then, the next thing i have to do is plan what i want my cereal box to look like and from there the front of the box has to be made with all the information i had.

2. The Goal of this product is that the cereal box at the end of this project should target children into trying it. It should be able to not only show but inform them about William the Conqueror but be a tasty yet interesting cereal at the same time.

3.  My target marker's demographics is that i want my cereal to reach any age and any gender. I want it to have alot of views and people
who want to try it. Also, i want it to be able to be tried by any person from anywhere. I am not choosing no specific lifestyles towards my cereal only that it targeted to children, adults who want to try it can but I'm targeting it to children any age any gender.

4.  I consider an important element of factor is the front of the cereal. For example, to me a good element would be that the cereal box has captions, a slogan, a good picture, and a title that matches the cereal bowl.

5. The things not to do is to have unnecessary information. Like information on his favorite foods, pictures, or places. To me thats very unnecessary.Another bad thing is that my title if its representing a fruity cereal or cherrios the bowl shouldnt have frosted flakes if your tile is representing froot loops. It wouldnt make any sense.

Design Brief:
William the Congueror who was the first norman king of england is now
becoming a cereal made by me. To complete this product i have to take several steps to create it. The first step is to research. I have to gather information on birthdate, birthplace, childhood, eductation, occupation and ect. Next i have to find images of him.The second step is to plan what i want my cereal to look like and from there the front, back, and side panels have to be created with what i gathered together. The goal of this product is that the cereal box at the end should target children into trying the cereal. It should also be able to not only show but inform them about william the conqueror but be a tasty and healthy breakfast meal at the same time. I didnt choose no specific lifestyles towards my cereal. Any person of any age, and any gender can try this cereal. I consider an important element of factor is  to be the front of the cereal. A good element to me would be a cereal box that has captions, a slogan, a good picture, and a title that matches the cereal bowl. The things not to do is to have unnecessary information. Like information on his favorite foods and places to me thats not necesarry. Another bad thing is that if my tile is representing something fruity or cheerios the bowl shouldnt have frosted flakes if your title is representing a whole different cereal flavor. Thats what im focusing on in this project.
